Do you store electronics and technology products?
Yes. We operate technology and electronics, including a warranty area, with ISO 9001:2015 certified processes. It is the same operation we use to run Vorago and Game Factor, technology and gaming brands of our group.
What do you do with a device a customer returns?
It goes to the warranty area, where trained technicians inspect it. As you instruct, the product is restocked, refurbished or set aside, with a record of what came back and in what condition.
Do you do quality checks or refurbishing?
Yes, using the specifications and training each client provides. That way the check follows your criteria, not a generic one.
Are my goods insured?
Yes: our insurance covers our clients’ goods. The details are reviewed with you when building the proposal, based on the value and type of product.
What security does the warehouse have?
Cameras and CCTV, access control, restricted areas, a guard booth, and private and asset security. The warehouse also holds a current fire safety and equipment inspection certificate, and you can tour it before signing.
Do you track serial numbers?
Inventory is controlled by SKU, with 98% inventory accuracy. If your operation needs serial number or IMEI tracking, tell us when you request a quote and we review it against your case before committing to it.
Do you already work with technology brands?
Yes. Vorago and Game Factor are brands of our group and their logistics run in this warehouse, and we run shipping for Mi PC, PCH and Vorago: more than 500 shipments a month.
Do you prep electronics for Amazon, Mercado Libre and Walmart?
Yes. We label and pack to each marketplace’s requirements and ship across Mexico under agreements with Estafeta and Paquetexpress.
How accurate is picking?
Our ISO 9001:2015 system indicators are 99% picking accuracy and 98% inventory accuracy. Each client also has a service level agreement with the indicators defined at onboarding.
How much does electronics storage cost?
Storage is charged per pallet per month, with no minimum billing or contract. Order prep, shipping and warranty inspection are quoted based on your product and volume. We send the quote within 24 hours of the initial meeting.
