Which warehouse management system (WMS) do you use?
A proprietary WMS, built for our operation. It manages inventory, locations, inbound and outbound goods, order preparation and traceability. Because it is our own, we have the flexibility to adapt processes and build integrations around what your operation needs.
Can I see my inventory and orders without requesting a report?
Yes. You get access to a monitoring portal where you check your inventory status, warehouse movements, orders and logistics operation, without having to run the warehouse yourself.
Do you integrate with Shopify, marketplaces or my ERP?
Yes. We integrate with online stores, marketplaces and ERP systems through APIs and specific integrations. Each integration is implemented based on the client's needs and technology.
Which reports do I get, and how often?
Reports on inventory, inbound and outbound goods, processed orders, returns, incidents and service levels. Frequency can be daily, weekly or monthly, as agreed in the service. You can also check your operation in the portal at any time.
