How pricing works
Storage is charged per pallet, per month, based on the space you use. Picking, packing and shipping are quoted separately, depending on product, packaging and destinations. No minimum billing, contract, orders or SKUs.
What we do not handle
Refrigerated or frozen products, perishables, medicines, goods that require controlled temperature or humidity, temperature-sensitive cosmetics, or laboratory products, reagents or biological material.

What does Vorago OPS e-commerce logistics include?
We receive and store your inventory with SKU-level control, take in the orders from your store and your marketplaces, pick, pack, label and ship them anywhere in Mexico. We also handle returns and, if you need it, build kits or label product before it ships.
Do you connect with my Shopify store?
Yes. We integrate online stores such as Shopify, marketplaces and ERPs via API, depending on each client’s operation. During the assessment we review your platform and define how orders reach us.
Is there a monthly order minimum?
No. We do not require minimum billing, contract, space, orders or SKUs, so you can start with a small store and grow with us.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders ship within 3 to 24 hours, depending on the project and its needs, within each carrier’s cutoff, and orders received before 12:00 ship the same day. We operate Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00.
Which carriers do you use?
We have agreements with Estafeta and Paquetexpress for national parcel shipping. In the Guadalajara metro area we deliver with our own and third-party fleet, and for dedicated freight across the country we work with transport providers.
How do you handle my store’s returns?
We receive the returned product, inspect it and, as you instruct, put it back into inventory or set it aside. Returns are charged at the rate agreed in the quote; usually the same as a receipt with inspection and storage.
Can I see my inventory and my orders?
Yes. We run on a proprietary WMS with a portal where you check your inventory, movements and orders. We also send reports on inventory, inbound and outbound, orders, returns and incidents, daily, weekly or monthly.
Do you already run fulfillment for online stores?
Yes. We run shipping for Mi PC, PCH and Vorago, more than 500 shipments a month, and prep product for Amazon, Mercado Libre and Walmart.
How long does onboarding take?
About 7 days, from signing to your first order shipping.
How much does logistics for my store cost?
It depends on your product, the space it takes, how many orders you ship and where. Storage is charged per pallet per month, and picking, packing and shipping are quoted separately. We send the quote within 24 hours of the initial meeting.
