How we handle transport
We do not run our own fleet and we are not a trucking company: we quote and coordinate the move with carriers and freight providers, and we answer for the traceability and proof of every delivery. We also do not handle refrigerated, frozen, perishable or pharmaceutical products, or goods requiring temperature or humidity control.

Do you own trucks or do you use third-party carriers?
We coordinate the move with carriers and freight providers; we do not run our own fleet. What we add is the compared quote by zone and weight, the coordination of the shipment out of the warehouse, and proof of every delivery. If you need a company with dedicated owned units, we are not that option.
Do you quote the freight or do I have to find the carrier?
We quote it. Give us the destination, weight, volume and the date you need, and we compare options and present the rate and transit time of each so you can decide.
Can you deliver to a retail chain's distribution center?
Yes. We prepare the pallet shipment with the labeling and documentation the chain requires, and coordinate delivery to the distribution center or the store.
Where in Mexico do you reach?
Nationwide. The warehouse sits on the Tlajomulco–El Salto corridor, in the south of the Guadalajara metro area, so outbound freight does not have to cross the city to reach the highway.
Can I contract only distribution, without storing with you?
Distribution runs on goods already in our warehouse: that is where they leave picked, packed and labeled. If your product sits somewhere else, tell us the case and we will say whether it makes sense.
What happens with returns?
We receive them at the warehouse, inspect them and, as you instruct, put the product back into inventory or set it aside. You get the record of what came back and in what condition.
How do I know where my shipment is?
Every outbound move carries its tracking number and status tied to the order or the shipment, with proof of delivery at close.
Is there a minimum number of shipments per month?
There is no minimum contract. The service adapts to the volume you have, and scales in peak season without renegotiating.
Do you handle customs, imports or freight forwarding?
We are not a customs broker and we are not an importer of record. We operate the goods once they are already nationalized and in our warehouse.
What does it cost?
It depends on destination, weight, volume and whether it is a store delivery or an end-customer delivery. That is why we quote each case: send us a real month of your shipments and we will come back with the comparison.
